This is a writable flag that, when set to true, forces the NM*SysMgr subagent to reinitialize itself, reloading its process, critical disk, and critical queue configuration and sending an sWarmStart trap. An administrator sets this after changing configuration files like sCfgFile, sCfgCritFile, or sCfgCritDsk to make those changes take effect without restarting the whole subagent process. For example, after editing the critical process file to add a new service, the administrator would set sCfgReinitSubagent to true to have the new critical process list take effect immediately.
