What is sCfgOpcomOper9?
This is a writable flag controlling whether NM*SysMgr receives OPCOM OPER9-class messages, taking effect at the next process start-up. An administrator enables this class depending on whether a site-specific application uses OPER9 for its messages. For example, a locally written script generating OPER9-tagged alerts for a custom subsystem would need sCfgOpcomOper9 enabled to be captured.
