What is sCfgOpcomOper7?
This is a writable flag controlling whether NM*SysMgr receives OPCOM OPER7-class messages, taking effect at the next process start-up. An administrator enables this class only when a local application at their site sends messages tagged as OPER7. For example, a site-specific monitoring utility using OPER7 for capacity warnings would require sCfgOpcomOper7 to be enabled for those to reach the subagent.
