What is sCfgOpcomOper10?
This is a writable flag controlling whether NM*SysMgr receives OPCOM OPER10-class messages, taking effect at the next process start-up. An administrator enables this class only if a locally configured application sends messages under the OPER10 tag. For example, a custom application at a site using OPER10 for scheduled maintenance notifications would require this flag to be enabled.
