What is sCfgOpcomLicense?
This is a writable flag controlling whether NM*SysMgr receives OPCOM LICENSE-class messages, taking effect at the next process start-up. An administrator enables this to be notified of software license events, such as a license unit shortage or expiration warning, via the subagent's trap mechanism. For example, enabling sCfgOpcomLicense would let the administrator catch a license violation notification for an oversubscribed software product as an SNMP trap.
