What is sCfgIntLimit?
This is the interrupt CPU utilization percentage threshold above which the subagent begins sending excessive interrupt usage traps, with a value of 0 disabling the traps. An administrator tunes this value to catch abnormal levels of interrupt-driven CPU load, which can indicate a malfunctioning device generating excessive interrupts. For example, setting sCfgIntLimit to 50 would trigger a trap if a failing network adapter started consuming half the CPU in interrupt processing.
