What is sCfgDskTimer?
This is the number of minutes between updates of the disk statistics table, with a value of 0 disabling disk data gathering. An administrator adjusts this interval to control how frequently disk usage and performance data (sDskTbl) is refreshed versus the overhead of collecting it. For example, shortening sCfgDskTimer during a period of active disk troubleshooting would give the administrator more up-to-date disk statistics at the cost of slightly more system overhead.
