What is sCfgCpuLimit?
This is the CPU utilization percentage threshold above which the subagent begins sending excessive CPU usage traps, with a value of 0 disabling the traps entirely. An administrator tunes this value to define what counts as abnormally high CPU load worth alerting on for this particular system. For example, setting sCfgCpuLimit to 90 would cause a trap to be sent whenever sustained CPU usage crosses that threshold, flagging a potential runaway process.
