This read-only integer reports how many seconds, from 0 to 899, have elapsed since the current 15-minute measurement interval began. An operator uses this to properly interpret the other current-interval counters, since a count of errors after only 60 seconds means something very different than the same count after 800 seconds. For example, seeing wvLinkCurrentESs already at 5 seconds when wvlinkCurrentTimeElapsed shows only 30 seconds elapsed indicates a much faster error rate than the same count spread across the full interval would represent.
