What is wvlinkBLER?

This read-only floating-point object reports the terminal's cumulative rate of corrected data blocks accumulated since the link last came up. An engineer uses this alongside wvlinkBER to see how much of the raw bit errors the link's forward error correction has successfully repaired over the link's current uptime. For example, a high wvlinkBLER paired with a low wvlinkNCBLER would indicate the FEC is working hard but still keeping most errors from reaching the end user.
