This read-write TimeTicks object sets a delay, in time-ticks, before a scheduled TFTP transfer begins, and writing zero to it while a transfer is pending or running forces it to stop immediately. An administrator uses this to schedule firmware pushes for a maintenance window rather than triggering them immediately. For example, setting wvTftpStartTime to a value corresponding to 2 a.m. lets an operator queue a firmware update to run overnight, or set it to 0 to abort a transfer that was started by mistake.
