Description: Defines the desired delay time, in time-ticks, before the tests specified by wvSelfTestType are started. When any test is running, 0 forces a premature stop.
What is wvSelfTestStartTime?
This read-write TimeTicks value defines the delay before the self-tests selected in wvSelfTestType begin executing. Like the loopback start-time object, writing 0 while a test is running acts as an abort switch, giving the admin one control to both schedule and cancel self-tests. For example, an admin schedules wvSelfTestStartTime for a maintenance window overnight, then sets it back to 0 the next morning if the tests are still running and traffic needs to resume immediately.
