Description: Defines the ongoing remaining time before the tests specified by wvSelfTestType start.
What is wvSelfTestRemainingStartTime?
This read-only TimeTicks value reports how much longer until the self-tests selected in wvSelfTestType are due to begin. An admin uses it to confirm a scheduled self-test countdown is progressing and to anticipate exactly when the terminal will start running diagnostics. For example, seeing wvSelfTestRemainingStartTime at 0 right after having set a nonzero wvSelfTestStartTime tells the admin the scheduled self-tests have just kicked off.
