What is wvLinkTotalNCBLER?
This read-only floating-point object reports the Not Corrected Blocks Rate the link interface accumulated over the previous 24-hour period, representing the daily total of data corruption that reached the far end uncorrected. An engineer treats this as the most direct daily measure of actual service-impacting errors on the link. For example, an end customer reporting daily data-quality complaints would have those complaints substantiated by a consistently nonzero wvLinkTotalNCBLER.
