What is wvLinkThresholdMeasurementInterval?
This read-write integer, in seconds up to 900, sets how often the terminal re-evaluates its link performance alarm thresholds such as BER, BLER, and RSL against the accumulated statistics, with a value of zero disabling link performance alarms entirely. An administrator tunes this interval to balance responsiveness against unnecessary alarm churn from very short measurement windows. For example, setting wvLinkThresholdMeasurementInterval to 900 seconds evaluates thresholds only once every 15 minutes, smoothing out momentary blips compared to a much shorter interval.
