Description: Specifies the number of Degraded Minutes, encountered by the interface Link since link last start-up.
What is wvLinkDMs?
This read-only gauge reports the cumulative count of Degraded Minutes the link interface has accumulated since it last started up. An operator uses this minute-level metric to catch sustained quality dips that might not show up clearly in the second-level ES or SES counters. For example, a rising wvLinkDMs count on a link with low SES numbers would suggest a persistent mild quality issue rather than sharp, brief outages.
