What is wvLinkBBERAlarmThresholdLow?
This read-write floating-point object sets the low-water-mark Background Blocks Error Rate below which the terminal exits its BBER alarm state. An administrator configures this to give the alarm proper hysteresis relative to wvLinkBBERAlarmThresholdHigh. For example, setting the low threshold at roughly half the high threshold keeps the BBER alarm from oscillating during a link hovering right at the trigger point.
