What is wvLedState?

This read-only bitmask mirrors the current on/off state of each front-panel LED on the Indoor Unit, including indicators like powerOn, linkOperational, and the relay activation LEDs. A remote operator uses this to see exactly what a technician standing in front of the unit would see on its panel without needing to be on site. For example, checking that the linkOperational bit is set here can confirm the terminal itself believes the link is up, useful when troubleshooting a discrepancy with what the NMS otherwise reports.
