This read-write TimeTicks value sets the delay before the BER test signal on the line or lines chosen in wvInsertTestSignalLine actually begins. As with the loopback and self-test start-time objects, writing 0 while a test signal is active immediately aborts it, giving the admin a single field to both schedule and cancel the insertion. For example, an admin sets wvInsertTestSignalStartTime to a short delay so the test signal starts right after they end their management session and stop generating traffic that would otherwise interfere with the BER measurement.
