What is cnt2IfOutQLen?
This Unsigned32 reports the current length, in packets, of the interface's output packet queue. An administrator watches for a persistently high queue length as a sign that this interface can't drain outbound traffic fast enough to keep the queue empty. For example, cnt2IfOutQLen staying near its ceiling throughout business hours indicates this specific port is a bottleneck for outbound traffic.
