What is ipxSysCircCount?
This Counter reports the number of circuits, meaning IPX-enabled interfaces or links, known to this IPX instance. An admin watches this to confirm the expected number of IPX circuits are up and recognized by the router. For example, an operator who just enabled IPX on a new interface would check that ipxSysCircCount incremented to confirm the circuit was recognized.
