Description: The readable name for the circuit.
What is ipxCircName?
This is a human-readable name, up to 20 octets, assigned to an IPX circuit. It lets an admin identify a circuit in monitoring output by a meaningful label rather than just its numeric index. For example, a circuit carrying IPX traffic over a WAN link might be named WAN-Link1 to distinguish it from LAN circuits in the same table.
