What is cmcIpxFiltMoveOper?
This is a configuration object used to reorder IPX filter table entries, encoding a move-before-or-after operation in its first octet followed by the target entry's 6-character name in the remaining octets. It lets an admin change the evaluation order of filter rules without deleting and recreating them. For example, writing a value that specifies before(1) followed by the name of an existing rule would reposition a filter ahead of that rule.
