cmcIpFiltStatus

Module: CMC-MIB

OID (symbolic): CMC-MIB::cmcIpFiltStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.44.2.1.4.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The status of IP Filtering.

What is cmcIpFiltStatus?

This INTEGER (disabled/enabled) is the master switch for whether IP filtering is active on the system. An admin sets this to enabled(2) to turn on enforcement of the configured cmcIpFilt table entries. For example, after building out a full set of filter rules in the IP filter table, an operator would set cmcIpFiltStatus to enabled(2) to actually start enforcing them.
