This read-only CmRedundancyState reports the overall current state of the Redundancy Group. It gives a summary of whether the pairing is fully protected, degraded, or in some fault condition, beyond just which card is active. For example, a group reporting a degraded overall state even though both cards are physically present might indicate a synchronization mismatch rather than a hardware failure.
