clntSystemStatus

Module: CLIENT-MIB

OID (symbolic): CLIENT-MIB::clntSystemStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.50.1.1.1.9

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: A status indication for the client.

What is clntSystemStatus?

This read-only enumerated value reports whether the client is currently active(1) or inactive(2). An administrator uses it as the primary at-a-glance health check for whether a listed client node is presently up and reachable. For example, an administrator sweeping the client table after a reported outage would filter for clntSystemStatus equal to inactive to build a list of affected machines.
