What is clntDeviceType?

This read-only object identifier indicates the general type of device this entry describes, such as a processor, network device, or printer, and the description explains that certain values mean a corresponding entry also exists in a more specific table like the processor, network, or printer table. An administrator reads it first to know which specialized device table to consult next for more detailed information. For example, seeing clntDeviceType indicate a printer device would lead the administrator to look up the matching row in the client's printer table for status and error detail.
