What is clvPipePrecTotalPps?
This read-only gauge reports the current throughput, in packets per second, at a specific precedence level within a pipe. It's the packet-rate counterpart to clvPipePrecBps for the same precedence, useful for spotting whether that priority class is dominated by small or large packets. For example, high clvPipePrecTotalPps with modest bps for a given precedence would suggest that priority class is mostly carrying small packets like VoIP RTP streams.
