This read-only gauge reports the rate of transmit-side despool events per second on a Clavister interface, counted whenever there's at least one buffer queued in the Tx ring. It reflects how actively the transmit ring is being serviced to push outbound packets onto the wire. For example, an admin comparing clvIfTxDespools against clvIfTxRingSaturation can judge whether the outbound path is keeping pace with the traffic being queued.
