What is clvIPsecPhaseOneRekeyed?
This read-only counter tallies the cumulative number of IKE Phase-1 security associations that have been rekeyed (renewed before expiry) on the firewall. It reflects normal long-running VPN tunnel maintenance rather than new tunnel setup. For example, an admin seeing clvIPsecPhaseOneRekeyed increment steadily on a long-lived site-to-site VPN confirms the tunnel is being properly maintained rather than dropping and re-establishing.
