This read-only gauge reports how many of the URLs intercepted by a specific content filtering object were nonetheless allowed through, as opposed to being blocked outright. It lets an admin see whether a content category is configured to warn-and-allow rather than strictly block, or to identify exceptions being applied. For example, a nonzero clvHttpAlgCntFltAllowed count for "Adult-Content-Category" alongside a high interception count might indicate the filter is set to log-only mode rather than actively blocking that category.
