This gauge shows how many packets are currently sitting in the High Availability sync interface's send queue, awaiting transmission to the HA peer. A high or growing value warns an administrator that sync traffic is backing up, which can delay state replication and put failover consistency at risk. For example, this value climbing toward the queue's configured length during a busy period would be an early warning that the HA link is becoming a bottleneck.
