This gauge reports the configured size of the outbound queue used by the Clavister High Availability sync interface, which carries state and configuration synchronization data between HA cluster peers. An administrator monitoring HA health checks this value to know the ceiling against which current queue usage should be measured. For example, knowing the queue length is set to a particular capacity lets an admin judge whether the usage figures reported in clvHASyncSendQueueUsagePackets are approaching saturation.
