What is clvDHCPRuleUsagePercent?
This read-only gauge expresses the DHCP rule's address usage, as tracked by clvDHCPRuleUsage, as a percentage of that rule's total pool size. It gives an admin a normalized figure that's easier to alert on than a raw count, regardless of how large the pool is. For example, an admin might set an alert threshold on clvDHCPRuleUsagePercent reaching 90% to get advance warning before the "Guest-WLAN-DHCP" pool is exhausted.
