What is clvDHCPRelayRejected?

This gauge tallies the total number of DHCP packets that the relay function has rejected rather than forwarding on. It flags to an administrator that some DHCP traffic is being filtered out, whether due to malformed packets, policy rules, or relay-side sanity checks. For example, a spike in this counter after enabling a new relay rule set would prompt an admin to check whether legitimate client traffic is being caught by an overly strict rule.
