Description: The vlanVoiceAgingTimeout indicates the time (in units of minutes) from when the last OUI MAC was ageout from the FDB the port will be removed from the Voice VLAN.
The default value for vlanVoiceAgingTimeout object is 1440 minutes (24 hours).
The value of this object must be restored from non-volatile storage after a re-initialization of the management system.
What is vlanVoiceOUIBasedAgingTimeout?
This read-write INTEGER (1-43200 minutes, default 1440) sets how long after the last matching OUI MAC address ages out of the forwarding database before the port is removed from the Voice VLAN. An admin adjusts this to control how quickly a port reverts out of the voice VLAN once a phone is unplugged, balancing quick cleanup against tolerance for brief disconnects. For example, lowering this from the 24-hour default to 60 minutes makes the switch remove a port from the voice VLAN an hour after a phone is disconnected instead of waiting a full day.
