What is rlLCliHistoryEnable?

This read-write TruthValue indicates whether the command-history feature is supported and enabled for the local CLI, per the description. Admins toggle this to control whether previously entered CLI commands can be recalled during a session, which is a convenience feature but also has security implications if a session is later accessed by someone else. For example, disabling command history on a shared jump-host CLI session would prevent a subsequent user from scrolling back through a prior admin's command history.
