What is rlIpmFftUnknownAddrMsgUsed?

This read-only enumerated INTEGER (used/unused) reports whether the switch (the '3SW') generates an unknown-address message when it can't resolve an IP multicast destination. Admins care because if unused, failed multicast address resolutions won't generate any device-level notification, meaning multicast delivery failures could go unnoticed without other monitoring. For example, when troubleshooting a multicast stream that silently fails to reach some receivers, this OID tells the admin whether to expect any built-in alert for unresolved destinations.
