This read-only field indicates whether the third next-hop IP address in this subnet FFT entry's ECMP set is IPv4 or IPv6. An administrator uses this to correctly interpret the accompanying rlInetFftSubNextHopInetAddr3 field for that cached ECMP path. For example, this field reporting ipv6 confirms the third load-balanced next-hop for that subnet is an IPv6 router address.
