What is rlInetFftL2InfoReferenceCount?
This read-only INTEGER counts how many NextHop entries currently reference this shared Layer 2 info record. It helps an admin judge the blast radius of removing or changing a Layer 2 info entry, since a high count means many next-hop-based routes depend on that single L2 record. For instance, before troubleshooting by clearing a suspect L2 info entry, an admin would check this reference count to know how many active next hops would be affected.
