What is rsTcpMemoryPoolSizeAfterReset?
This read-write INTEGER sets the size, in bytes, of the memory pool the TCP stack will allocate for sending packets starting from the next system reset, rather than immediately. An admin raises this ahead of a maintenance reboot when they anticipate heavier concurrent TCP session load. For example, before doubling the number of management VLANs with active SSH sessions, an admin increases this value so the larger pool is in place after the next reload.
