What is rsMaxPimSmCRPEntriesAfterReset?
This is a read-write INTEGER letting an administrator set a new maximum for Candidate-RP (C-RP) advertisements in the RPSet Table that only takes effect after the device's next reset, since the live table cannot be resized while running. Changing it lets an admin plan capacity ahead of a scheduled reboot rather than being limited to the currently active ceiling. For example, an admin deploying a third candidate RP for redundancy raises this after-reset value so it is honored following the next reset.
