OID (symbolic): CISCOSB-Tuning::rsMaxIpv6InterfacesAfterReset

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.29.8.27.2

Type: INTEGER

Description: FutureMaximal number of IPV6 interfaces. Applies to inBand IPV6 interfaces.

What is rsMaxIpv6InterfacesAfterReset?

This is a read-write INTEGER letting an administrator set a new maximum for in-band IPv6 interfaces in the IPv6 interface table that only takes effect after the device's next reset, since the live table cannot be resized while running. Changing it lets an admin plan capacity ahead of a scheduled reboot rather than being limited to the currently active ceiling. For example, an admin enabling IPv6 on several more VLANs raises this after-reset value to 64.
