What is rsDiagnosticTextSource?
This read-write enumerated INTEGER selects whether SNMP diagnostic message text is pulled live from the CLI (fromCLI) or from a stored DiagnosticsTable (fromDiagnosticsTable). An admin cares because the choice determines whether diagnostic strings retrieved over SNMP reflect the CLI's own wording or a separate, MIB-maintained set of text, which can matter for consistency between CLI and SNMP-based monitoring tools. For example, an admin standardizing error-message wording across a fleet of devices for a monitoring dashboard would set this to fromDiagnosticsTable so all devices return the same canned text regardless of CLI version.
