What is rlUnauthMACsInnerVIDAfterReset?
This read-write INTEGER sets the inner VLAN ID that will be used for unauthorized-MAC traffic after the device's next reset. An admin changes this ahead of a reboot when renumbering the quarantine VLAN used for unauthenticated devices. For example, before consolidating several guest-isolation VLANs into one numbering scheme, the admin sets this after-reset value to match the new quarantine VID.
