Description: The current maximal number of DNS client cache entries.
What is rlMaxDnsClCacheRREntries?
This read-only INTEGER reports the current maximum number of resource-record entries the device's DNS client resolver cache can hold. An admin cares because a small cache causes more frequent re-queries to upstream DNS servers for names that were recently resolved, adding latency and DNS traffic. For example, a device resolving many distinct hostnames for outbound connections would benefit from confirming this cache isn't capped too low at, say, 32 entries.
