What is rlSntpUnicastPollState?
This read-write TruthValue indicates, and can force, whether the device is actively polling in unicast mode. An admin can read it to confirm unicast polling is genuinely happening, not just administratively enabled, or set it to kick off a fresh poll cycle. For example, after admin-enabling unicast SNTP, this object should transition to TRUE once the device begins actually sending unicast requests.
