Module: CISCOSB-TIMESYNCHRONIZATION-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCOSB-TIMESYNCHRONIZATION-MIB::rlSntpUnicastAdminState

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.92.2.2.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: SNTP Unicast Administrative state - Enable/Disable SNTP. In case of reinitializing polling or time synchronization this MIB is modified. The MIB can be enabled even thought it is already enabled.

What is rlSntpUnicastAdminState?

This read-write INTEGER enables or disables SNTP unicast operation on the device. Toggling it lets an admin force the device to re-run its unicast polling/sync process, since the description notes the MIB can be set to enabled even when already enabled to trigger reinitialization. For example, after changing the configured unicast server address, an admin might toggle this to disabled and back to enabled to force an immediate resync attempt.
