What is rlSntpServerStratum?
This read-only NTPStratum reports the stratum level of the manually configured unicast SNTP server entry. An admin can compare this across multiple configured server entries to decide which one is the higher-quality reference to prioritize. For example, if a secondary configured server reports a lower (better) stratum than the primary, an admin might reorder polling preference toward it.
