What is rlSntpServerRowStatus?
This read-write RowStatus object governs creation and deletion of a configured unicast SNTP server entry. An admin uses it to add a new fallback time server or remove an obsolete one via the standard SNMP row-management pattern. For example, setting this to createAndWait(5) lets an admin stage a new server entry's other columns before activating it with a follow-up SET.
